The Lord wants us to experience a full reward. Read the following scriptures:
2 John 1:8 (NKJV) 8 Look to yourselves, that we do not
lose those things we worked for, but that we may receive a full reward.
Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV) 6 But without faith it is impossible to
please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a
rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Genesis 15:1 (NKJV) 15 After these things the word of the
LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your
shield, your exceedingly great reward.”
Psalm 19:9-11 (AMP) 9 The [reverent] fear of the Lord is
clean, enduring forever; the ordinances of the Lord are true and righteous
altogether. 10 More to be desired are they than gold, even than much fine gold;
they are sweeter also than honey and drippings from the honeycomb. 11 Moreover,
by them is Your servant warned (reminded, illuminated, and instructed); and in
keeping them there is great reward.
Psalm 57:2 (AMP) 2 I will cry to God Most High, Who performs
on my behalf and rewards me [Who brings to pass His purposes for me and surely
completes them]!
Proverbs 11:31 (ERV) 31 If good people are rewarded here on
earth, then surely those who do evil will also get what they deserve.
1 Timothy 5:18 (KJV) 18 For the scripture saith, thou shalt
not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of
his reward.
